We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, payment details, and training data for AI. We also collect usage data like token consumption and API logs.
2. How We Use Data
Data is used to operate and improve the service, process payments, and ensure security. We explicitly use your training data only for generating responses for YOUR agents.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data with: (a) Payment providers (Paystack, etc.), (b) AI model providers (Groq/Google) to process chat requests, (c) Legal authorities when required.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use session cookies and local storage to maintain login states. You can manage your preferences through our cookie consent banner.
5. Security Measures
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access.
6. AI Models
When using our AI agents, only the prompt and relevant training data are sent to our model providers. We do NOT use your private data to train public models.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can deactivate your account through settings, which will delete your data within 30 days.
8. Google OAuth API
If you use Google Login, we only use your email and name to verify your identity. We do not access your Google files or other private Google data.
