1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BOLDTECH ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. AI Usage & Responsibility
Our service utilizes AI models (including Groq and others) to generate content. You are solely responsible for the outputs generated by your AI agents and how you use them. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated responses.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Fees for our services are billed in advance. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by local law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service for any illegal activities, to transmit malware, or to generate harmful, harassing, or deceptive content. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
The software, design, and branding of BOLDTECH are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of the specific training data you upload, but grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
7. API Usage
If you use our API or widget on external sites, you must comply with our technical documentation and security requirements. Abuse of the API will result in rate-limiting or suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOLDTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
