1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BoldTech AI Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BoldTech provides an AI Agent creation and management platform powered by Groq AI models. Users can create, train, and deploy AI chatbots for their projects.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. BoldTech is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content; (d) abuse API rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
6. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Training data you upload remains your property. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Token Usage
Token allocations reset monthly. Unused tokens do not roll over. When your token allocation is exhausted, AI features will be temporarily unavailable until the next reset or an upgrade.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Major changes will be communicated via email.
